CELL DEFENCE WILD LAVENDER SOOTHING MOISTURISER
A fast absorbing, soothing moisturiser for sensitive skin, created using the natural healing properties of the gentle Lavender Flower Oil.
Lavender oil is believed to ease inflammation and shrink facial blood vessels, making it suitable for treating skin disorders including rashes, bug bites, blemishes, and rosacea. It is rich in vitamins E and C and known to have natural antimicrobial and antioxidant properties to neutralise the skin and assist in clearing bacteria and excess oil, whilst helping to boost the regeneration of skin cells. Additionally, research data has demonstrated that the topical application of lavender oil to wounds accelerates wound healing through the formation of granulation tissue by collagen synthesis, tissue remodelling by collagen replacement and wound contraction (wound shrinking).
A further blend of powerful skin benefiting ingredients, also rich in the skin nourishing antioxidant vitamin E - plus vitamins D and K - are infused using:
- the soothing, anti-inflammatory and hydrating properties of Aloe Vera Gel;
- the softening properties of Organic Sweet Almond and Sunflower Seed Oils;
- the powerful hydrating and moisturising properties of Shea Butter, Cupuacu Seed Butter and Hydrolysed Jojoba Esters; and
- Beta-Glucan for the prevention of moisture loss; and
- Red Algae Extract for strengthening the skin’s natural barrier.
Applied daily, our Wild Lavender Moisturiser will melt into the skin to nurture and protect whilst helping to restore its natural moisture balance. It is the ideal moisturiser for sensitive skin and can assist in regulating sebum, reducing the signs of skin blemishes, controlling skin redness, healing wounds and reducing inflammatory hyper-pigmentation.

When I first moved interstate my skin was dry and I was struggling with constant breakouts. I met my Natropath and she suggested that I try the cell defence range/products. I have tried many different products before and having sensitive skin makes it more difficult to find something that my skin likes and won’t react to. This skin care has been incredible. I use both the cleanser and the moisturiser. The cleanser is gentle, gives your skin a deep clean but doesn’t leave your skin dry and red. The Moisturiser is the perfect balance and leaves my skin glowing and soft. Im actually obsessed with the moisturiser and cannot live without it! I especially love that the skin products are natural and I love that my skin is cared for by a Naturopath.
