Antioxidant rich Lilac stem cells, hydrating coconut water, soothing aloe vera juice and an array of fruit extracts, including the calming blueberry fruit extract and the purifying tomato fruit extract, have been aptly combined to create this fast absorbing, rebalancing serum that assists in the provision of hydration, superior antioxidant protection and pigment inhibiting capabilities.
Syringa Vulgaris (lilac leaf) with Vitamin E, including Verbascoside, and Vitamin C as major active components, is recognised for its powerful anti-aging and anti-inflammatory abilities. Verbascoside has been shown to suppress sebum in the lead-up to acne and to reduce photo-damaged skin conditions, such as hyperpigmentation. Recent research has stated that polyphenols from the Lilac leaf demonstrate the potential to contribute to the treatment/prevention of blood stagnation which can assist in the control of skin redness.
Tomato extract is rich in vitamin C, potassium, vitamin K, and folate. It is purifying to the skin, helping to balance the pH of the skin and regulate sebum. Prickly Pear stem extracts are known to help minimise the cross-linking of collagen and elastin, a process which results in wrinkles. Coconut water can decrease the oils on the skin and is rich in cytokinin, a plant hormone which helps to reduce redness and irritation.
